Wayne E. Nance is the President and CEO of Real Life Management, Inc. Mr. Nance’s book, “Thin, Rich, and Happy”, has been published internationally and distributed in the United States, Russia, Spain and all Spanish speaking countries. Wayne E. Nance’s most recent book, “The 3-Minute Difference”, addresses the attitude of health, money, and relationships in America. He is a well traveled motivational and educational speaker on the attitude of Life Choices and understands the connection of these critical issues that face today’s athlete and coaching staffs. As a professional speaker and trainer he has spoken and trained at such prestigious Universities as Duke, Georgia Tech, Middle Tennessee State, and Abilene Christian University. His programs have been endorsed by the likes of Zig Ziglar, Rich Devos (the ex-owner of the Orlando Magic) and many top corporations throughout the United States.
Prior to a successful business career, Wayne was a Texas Blue Chip High School Lineman who played his college football in Texas. In the early 1990’s, Wayne became a business agent for some MLB players. He consulted one year for a baseball team/management and spent seven years training US Army officers. His experience in handling the personal needs, finances and family issues of athletes has given him a leg up in understanding the attitudes and Life Choices that athletes face on and off the field.
